Rudgwick Junior FC End of Season Awards

8.30am: Set up of pitches, gazebo’s, BBQ, trophies, raffle
9.30-9.45am: Parents and players to arrive

Player versus parents’ match times and locations:

10.00 – 10.30am
U5’s v parents on the Youth Club pitch
U8’s v parents on the bottom pitch
U11’s v parents on the top pitch

10.40 – 11.10am
U6’s v parents on the Youth Club pitch
U9’s v parents on the bottom pitch
U12’s v parents on the top pitch

11.20 – 11.50am
U7’s v parents on the Youth Club pitch
U10’s v parents on the bottom pitch
U13’s v parents on the top pitch

11.00am: BBQ set up and cooking
12.00pm: Presentation of player trophies and medals
12.30pm Raffle
1.00pm: End of event and tidy up

In order for the day to run smoothly the club will need volunteers!
There will be cash or card payment for the BBQ
The raffle will be CASH only!

Volunteer roles to include:
Pitch managers for each three pitches to get age groups organised to be on there pitches at the respective times
Referees for each match. This can be players from older age groups, coaches or other parents
People to sell raffle tickets
Someone to run the raffle
Helpers at the BBQ. Cooks appear to be sorted but people to serve, cut rolls, take money

Please contact your team coach to offer to volunteer so that they can pass details on.
